Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment is received.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays, sales, or product launches), processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

We currently ship within CANADA.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

International Destinations

  • Currently available to: select countries worldwide, including most of Europe, Asia, and North America

  • We do not ship to countries where shipping restrictions, customs limitations, or carrier constraints prevent reliable delivery.

Estimated International Delivery Times

  • Standard International Shipping: 5–21 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited International Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and size

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes and after discounts), where applicable.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.


Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist you promptly.


Service Interruptions & Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Labor disruptions or peak shipping seasons

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier, but we will do our best to assist with tracking and resolution.
